At sitencode, we aim to deliver high-quality website design and development services that meet your expectations. Since our services involve significant time, effort, and resources, we have the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under these circumstances:
If sitencode fails to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe.
If we are unable to deliver the services as outlined in the signed agreement or project proposal.
If both parties mutually agree in writing to discontinue the project.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Once the project has begun and initial work (research, wireframes, designs, coding, etc.) has been delivered.
If the client delays the project by failing to provide required content, approvals, or communication.
If the client requests project termination after significant progress has been made.
Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third-party software, plugins, or stock assets.
For completed and delivered projects where the client requests changes outside the agreed scope.
3. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred. The percentage will be determined at our discretion.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:
1. Submit a written request via email to support@sitencode.com.
2. Provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction or project discontinuation.
3. Allow our team the opportunity to resolve issues before a refund is considered.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Policy Updates
sitencode reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
